Strength: "Clear bottleneck and a real sign-off step before anything publishes." Risk/gap: "The extraction step has no verification — a wrong number could reach the post; add a spot-check." Optimization: "De-identify at the export step, not after analysis, so PII never enters the tool at all."

Takeaway: good peer optimization is specific and actionable — it names the exact stage, the exact risk, and the exact fix. "Looks great" helps no one.
