Kinematic Operating Phases

  1. Rise Phase (0° → 120°): Rotating profile converts input torque into axial translation.
  2. Top Dwell (120° → 180°): Circular arc profile holds output stationary at peak lift.
  3. Fall Phase (180° → 300°): Return spring maintains continuous follower contact during descent.
  4. Bottom Dwell (300° → 360°): Base circle arc maintains zero displacement baseline.
