Our impact is amplified through a powerful network of state education agencies, local districts, and NCAE-C institutions. Through hundreds of stakeholder engagements and state summits, we foster cross-sector collaboration to build sustainable pathways. A core focus on equity ensures we are increasing participation in rural and under-resourced communities, making high-tech career pipelines accessible to all students.
Increased outreach has grown participation in rural districts from 54% to 61%.
Targeted programs are closing the gender gap, growing participation from 28% to 38%.
We bridge the gap between education and employment by translating classroom learning into real-world experience. Through a growing network of strategic employer partners, we facilitate internships and apprenticeships that accelerate workforce readiness. These opportunities build direct pipelines into cybersecurity roles, exposing students to mission-oriented work and long-term career pathways.
